I have a bachelor's degree in general studies from the University of Bridgeport as well as a graduate degree in education. My experience as an educator includes working as a teacher at the fifth grade level. I've also tutored as part of an after school program. My specialties as a tutor include English language arts and math through pre-algebra. I understand how difficult the students have trying to learn these subjects, and I can provide guidance and support to help students be successful. In addition to my core subjects, I am also from Holland originally, and I can help students learn German and Dutch. In my spare time, I like to play chess, swim, and run.
